Abstract
Influence of 2-chloronitrobenzene on the activities of total SOD and CAT in Carassius auratus′s livers and gills at the concentration of 0,0.10,0.50,1.00,5.00 mg/L was studied using semi-static toxicity test. The results showed that 2-chloronitrobenzene posed obvious influence on the activities of total SOD and CAT in Carassius auratus′s livers and gills. The activities of the two kinds of enzymes were increased when the concentration of 2-chloronitrobenzene was low while the activities of both of the enzymes were decreased when the concentration of 2-chloronitrobenzene was high.Under the same conditions, the activities of the two enzymes in livers were increased more than those in gills, while the activities of the two enzymes in gills were decreased more than those in livers. The activities of the two enzymes in livers were higher than those in the gills. The results support the study of the influence of 2-chloronitrobenzene on the anti-oxidation systems in the Carassius auratus
