Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Jinkun capsule on imune fuction of mice. Methods Indices for immunoregulation in mice were detected after oral administration of the capsule at doses of 150,300 and 600mg/kg for 30 days. Results Proliferation and transformation of spleen lymphocytes increased, delayed anaphylactic reactions intensified, the number of lymphocyte B and serum level of hemolysin increased, and carbon phagocytosis by phagocyte increased in mice. Conclusion Jinkun capsule possesses the potential effect in enhancing the immune function of mice.
