Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of Chongcaiduotai on the immune function of mice. Methods Chongcaoduotai at the doses of 41.7mg/kg,83.3mg/kg and 166.6mg/kg body weight were orally given to mice for succession of 30 days.Various immunological indexes were determined. Results The number of antibody-producing cells and level of serum hemalysin in mice given Chongcaoduotai were increased, the function of nutrophil-phagocyte and phagocytosis of peritoneal phagocytes were enhanced. The delayed hypersensitivity in the mice was promoted and the activity of natural killer cells enhanced. Conclusion Chongcaoduotai is capable of enhancing the immune function of mice.
