Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of Ershenjiaqi oral liquid on the immunologic function in mice. Methods: The model of immune suppression in mice was induced by cyclophosphamide. Then the effect of Ershenjiaqi oral liquid on the macrophage's phagocytosis,the delayed-type hypersensitivity and the level of serum hemolysin in mice were observed. Results: Ershenjiaqi oral liquid can enhance the macrophage's phagocytosis and the delayed-type hypersensitivity,and increase the level of serum hemolysin in mice. Conclusion: Ershenjiaqi oral liquid can enhance the non-specific immunity,cellular immunity and humoral immunity. So it provides basis for the clinical application.
