Abstract
[Objective] To search the immune-modulation of TAIYIYE.[Methods] According to the point of humoral immunity, cellular immune and non-specific immunity, the immune-modulation of TAIYIYE was detected with immunological index, including number of plaque forming cell(PFC) of spleen, delayed type hypersensitivity and macrophage function assay.[Results] In the dosage range of 10~15 ml/kg·Bw,thickness of mice paw edema caused by delayed type hypersensitivity, the number of PFC of spleen and macrophage function assay all increased.[Conclusion] TAIYIYE could improve the immune function in animals roundly.
