Abstract
This paper established a two-stage fuzzy assessment model for selecting the route plan of high-grade highway by using theory of fuzzy mathematics. The rights of the first and secondary influence factors are reasonably determined. The method overcame the shortcoming of traditional method, and provided a scientific basis for the selection and assessment of route plan. An actual example was used to demonstrate the appropriation of the model.
