Abstract
Objective To identify lower respiratory tract candida of patients, and explore the candida distribution and drug susceptibility in clinical drugs for theory basis. Methods Identification for 374 strains of isolated fungi was performed by CHROM agar medium. The analysis of sensibility to antifungal agents was conducted by ATB FUNGUS 2 INT.Results Candida albicans was the most common strain isolated from 374 stains of lower respiratory tract;Candida glabrata was the second(14.4%).The trend of Candida albicans increased more resistance to fluconazole and itraconazole than before,Candida glabrata was less sensitive to fluconazole and itracoazole(29.6%).Candida krusei was inherent to have resistance to fluconazole.Candida was sensitive to amphotericin B and fluorouracil(99.6% and 98.0%).Conclusion Candida sensibility to antifungal agents is lower, the antifungal sensitivity test should be strengthened.
