Research status of increase and decrease connection of urban and rural construction land and several thoughts.

Increase and decrease connection of urban and rural construction land had great significance on intensively and economically utilizing construction land,balancing the urban and rural development,and reasonably distributing the construction land.In order to make this work more scientific and reasonable,and exert its effect,this paper summarized and studied this work from the aspects of policy system,land consolidation potential and land consolidation pattern,and put forward the relevant views and suggestions for promoting the development of the increase and decrease connection of urban and rural construction land according to the existent problems in its implementation.
