On Increase and Decrease Connection of Urban and Rural Construction Land

Land is the basis for human survival.Because of the remarkable contradiction between land supply and human demand,optimization of land use structure and saving of intensified land have been heatedly discussed in the land management.This paper discusses the feasibility,scientificalness and ways and means of increase and decrease connection of urban and rural construction land use,analyzes the problems in that connection and offers corresponding proposals,which are of actual importance for accelerating the development of rural economy and intensified land use and reducing the gap between cities and countryside.
