Abstract
The building of new communities in Chongqing is part of the building new socialist countryside project and its succession and development,also is an evitable outcome of the urban-rural integration policy.This paper discussed and reviewed the implementation,major problems needed to be considered in new community construction,and its new historical significance of the project.The discussion will be meaningful as a reference for the building of new socialist countryside.
