Building of Rural Human Resources in Coordinating Urban and Rural Development——Taking Chongqing as an Example

By analyzing the rural human resources in Chongqing Municipality,the paper points out the causes that the building of rural human resources in China lags behind.In the author's opinion,we must strengthen the building of rural human resources and its purpose is to help the transfer of rural labor from rural areas to urban areas and to meet the requirement of building socialist new countryside.The author suggests that we can build the rural human resources by coordinating urban and rural resources and taking other measures.
