Viewing new countryside construction from the point of balancing urban and rural development

Aim To study the ways of realizing the new rural construction from the perspective of urban and rural harmonious development. Methods Combining the methods of research,therotical analysis and comprehensive comparision. Results The key of new rural construction is to join the ways of urban-rural overall planning,optimizing industrial layout,strengthening education training and mobilizing community resources for urban and rural to-gether,and then promote the comprehensive development of urban and rural integration. Conclusion The theory of urban and rural harmonious development provides a theoretical support for new rural construction.
