Abstract
On the background of analyzing balancing rural and urban development,constructing a new socialist countryside,and solving three-dimensional rural issues in Chongqing,new thought and model to solve these problems came up.The point that two aspects should be promoted simultaneously to promote society of urban and rural economy to coordinate development was pointed out.
