Abstract
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of ferulid acid in Dangguilonghui Tablets.Methods The chromatography was carried out on a Diamonsil ODS column(200 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)with methanol-1%(φ)phosphate acid solution(120∶280,v/v)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL /min.The detection wavelength was set at 316 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.313 6~6.271 mg/L(r=0.999 5),the average recoveries was 100.5%(RSD=1.0%).Conclusion This method is accurate,simple and sensitive,and it can be used for the quality control of Dangguilonghui Tablets.
