Abstract
Objective To establish a determination method for hesperidins in Jianpizengfei tablets by HPLC. Methods HPLC was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with Methanol-acetic acid-Water(35∶4∶61) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 283 nm.Results It showed a good linearity at the range of 0.300 8~2.105 6 μg(r=0.999 9,n=7) and the average recovery of hesperidins was 101.68%(RSD=1.45%).Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate,reproducible,specific and can be used for the quality control of Jianpizengfei tablets efficiently.
