Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of piefeltarraeninⅠA in Yanjianning Tablets by HPLC. Methods:The Agilent TC-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,mobile phase was acetonitri and waters(40∶60) . The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was 30℃,the detection wavelength was 264 nm. Results:The linear range of piefeltarraenin ⅠA was within 0.235 2-23.520 0 μg(r=0.999 9) . The average recovery was 100.39% with a RSD of 2.14%(n=6) . Conclusion:The method is simple,fast,easy and the result is accurate and reliable. It can be used for quality control of the piefeltarraenin ⅠA in Yanjianning Tablets.
