Abstract

Objective:To observe the nursing effect of emotional nursing of Chinese medicine combined with comfortable nursing in perioperative period of gynecologic surgery in lithotomy position was conducted. Methods:A total of 164 cases of patients who underwent gynecologic surgery in lithotomy position were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 82 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given emotional nursing of Chinese medicine combined with comfortable nursing based on the nursing of the control group. The intervention effect, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The score of postoperative comfort in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the time consuming for surgical posture before treatment was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The rate of the incidence of soreness in the waist and lower limb muscle as well as neck and shoulder pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The rate of nursing satisfaction was 70.73% in the observation group, higher than that of 54.88% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of emotional nursing of Chinese medicine combined with comfortable nursing in intervening gynecologic patients undergoing the surgery in lithotomy position, can promote postoperative comfort and reduce the risk of local soreness after surgery.
