Nursing experience of comfortable nursing in perioperative period of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Objective To explore the influence of comfortable nursing on complications and comforts for patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 120 gynecologic laparoscopy patients were divided into observation and control groups according to the randomized,double-blind and control methods,and each group contained 60 patients.The control group received conventional perioperative nursing,while the observation group received comfortable nursing in addition to the conventional nursing of the control group.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results Blood pressure and heart rate before anesthesia of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05).Preoperative anxiety level and postoperative pain degree of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group.Postoperative complications of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group.The satisfaction of nursing quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion comfortable nursing can improve postoperative comfort in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery,reduce complications and promote recovery.
