Comfortable Nursing on Patients with Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of individualized comfort nursing on the patients with laparoscopic surgery.Method:From July 2012to December 2012,80 gynecologic laparoscopy patients were divided into observation and control groups according to randomized methods,and each group contained 40 patients.The control group received conventional perioperative nursing,while the observation group received comfortable nursing.The effects were compared between the two groups.Result:Blood pressure and heart rate and preoperative anxiety level before surgery of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05).And postoperative pain degree of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group.Conclusion:Comfortable nursing can improve postoperative comfort in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery,reduce complications and promote recovery.It should be vigorously promoted in clinical.
