The effect of comfortable nursing on comfort of gynaecology clinic operation patients

Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in the gynecology chnic operation.Methods A total of 200 cases of gynecological clinic operation patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing methods,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was received comfortable nursing,and nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results Heart rate,systolic blood pressure,blood glucose,cortisol and SAS score 1 h before the operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Physiological,psychological,social,and cultural aspects of the comfort degree in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Comfortable nursing can reduce preoperative surgical stress,improve comfort and satisfactions.
