426 CASES IN HAINAN PROVINCE OF ALLERGIC DISEASES,DETECTION OF ALLERGENS

[Objective] To analyze the major types of allergens among patients with allergic diseases in Hainan.[Methods] The type-specific IgE of 426 cases with allergic diseases were detected with Germany,Europe and Mongolia blot,and the IgE in serum were detected by U.S.Beckman chemiluminescence DXI800.[Results] The positive rate of total IgE among 426 cases with allergic diseases was 79.8%,and the positive rate of specific allergen was 67.4%.The inhaled allergens were mainly house dust(176 cases),followed by house dust mites /dust mites(150 cases).Food allergens was mainly shrimp(45 cases),followed by the combination of a marine fish(Cod fish /lobster /shellfish fan)(32 cases).[Conclusion] The total serum IgE of patients with allergic diseases in Hainan was significantly increased,inhaled allergen mainly was house dust.Food allergens mainly were shrimp,fish,crabs,and most patients were allergic to multiple allergens allergens.Allergens had a certain association with allergic diseases.The total IgE level and specific detection of allergens can cause allergic disease diagnosis,prevention and treatment of important guiding significance.
