126 cases of children with allergic diseases and the specificity of total serum IgE levels of allergen detection

Objective Analysis of children with allergic diseases serum total IgE levels and the main types of allergens.Methods Germany,Europe and Mongolia blot using 126 patients with allergic diseases of children in specific serum IgE type,using the U.S.Beckman chemiluminescence DXI800 serum levels of total IgE.Results 126 patients with allergic diseases of children positive rate was 81.0% of total IgE,specific allergens,the positive rate was 74.6%.House dust inhalation was the highest for the 52 cases followed by house dust mites/dust mites in 47 cases;food group was the highest for the shrimp into the 23 cases followed by followed by egg white,crab,milk.Conclusion Serum of children allergic diseases were significantly higher total IgE,inhalant allergens in house dust was the main food allergens in shrimp-based.Note that most patients were allergic to multiple allergens allergens.Through the determination of serum total IgE level assessment of allergic diseases and an important indicator of allergic constitution,and then measured by specific allergens,can understand the cause of allergens in children with allergies to find the cause,try to avoid contact with these allergens,reduce the incidence.
