Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment for peptic ulcer with joint medication that pantoprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin. [Methods] 128 patients diagnosed as peptic ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated with pantoprazole combined clarithromycin and amoxicillin. The control group received omeprazole, metronidazole, amoxicillin treatment. Both were treated for 4 weeks, and compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. [Results] After treatment, the total clinical effective rate in treatment group(90.6%) was higher than that in control group(71.9%) ,and the curative rate(70.3%) was also higher than that in control group(53.1%) . Those differences between the two groups were significant(P﹤0.05) ,while the adverse reactions in two groups were not significantly different(P﹥0.05) . [Conclusion] Treatment for peptic ulcer with pantoprazole combined clarithromycin and amoxicillin is a safe and effective treatment obviously,is worthy for further promotion.
