Abstract
Objective:To analyze clinical effects of pantoprazole combined with antibiotics such as amoxicillin, clarithromycin in treatment of 107 cases of chronic peptic ulcer patients.Methods:107 cases of chronic peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 patients(46.7%) in control group adopted prilosec combined with amoxicillin,57(53.3%) cases in experimental group were applied pantoprazole combined with amoxicillin and clarithromycin. After 5 weeks, clinical effects and side effects of the two treatment methods were recorded. Results: The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.0%(53/57),71.9%(41/57),and were significantly better than the control group 84.0%(42),56.0%(28).Eradication rates for patients with Hp in experimental group was 86.0%(49/57) significantly better than the control group 64.0%(32/50),P0.05,however,incidence of adverse reactions were no significant difference between groups(P0.05).Conclusions: Combination of pantoprazole and antibiotics such as amoxicillin and clarithromycin for peptic ulcer has a remarkable curative effect, and it would not increase the adventure of adverse reactions.
