Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of combined use of Marzulene,Omeprazole,Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin in treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods:The 158 patients diagnosed as peptic ulcer(including GU and DU) with gastroscope and the rapid urease test Hp positive were randomly divided into two groups in local center hospital from Sep.2008 to Sep.2010.Omeprazole 20 mg + Amoxicillinand 1.0 g+ clarithromycin 0.5 g two times a day for 14 days were taken in two groups. Then 80 patients in treatment group added with Marzulene 0.67 g,three times a day for 14 days. Results:The total effectiveness of treatment group was 97.50%,the control group was 80.77%.The difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of peptic ulcer with Marzulene combined with Omeprazole,Amoxicillin,Clarithromycin get better result and higher Hp clearance rate, can yet be regarded as a safe and effective treatment.
