Abstract
[Objective] To establish a method of the determining the element contents as Fe,Cu,Zn and Mn in tea by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).[Methods] The samples were digested by microwave digestion and detected absorbance by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).[Results] In the selected experimental conditions, the recovery rate of these elements was from 95.5% to 97.6% and the coefficient of variation ranged from 0.46% to 1.32%.The detection lim-its were Fe 5.66μg/L,Cu 2.38μg/L,Zn 3.51μg/L and Mn 2.84μg/L,respectively.Ther was from 0.999 3 to 0.999 9.[Con-clusion] Tea has rich trace elements as Fe,Cu,Zn and Mn,so it is a very useful nutrition drink for the human body.FAAS is a simple, fast and accurate method to determine Fe,Cu,Zn and Mn contents in tea.
