Abstract
The paper studied the method for determination of trace elements such as Copper, Zinc, Ferrum, and manganese in tea by graphite digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS). An appropriate pretreat method for tea sample was established after digestion reagent and digestion quantity were optimized. The Detection limits were 0.50, 0.12, 0.25, and 0.20mg·kg-1for Cu, Zn, Fe, and Mn, respectively. Recovery is between94.8% and 101%. RSD is between 0.5% and 1.1%. This method is accurate, fast and effective, so it's a pratical method for determination of trace elements in tea.
