Abstract
Objective To develop a method for the determination of the migration of methyl methacrylate (MMA) in sunflower oil simulants. Methods MMA was extracted with ethanol under vortex assisted extraction for 2 min and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The external standard method was used for quantization. Results The quantification limit (LOQ) of MMA was 0.75 mg/kg.The calibration curve was linear within 0.75~30.00 mg/kg with 0.9998 as a typical correlation coefficient. The recoveries ranged from 86.71%~101.63%,and the relative standard deviation were less than 5% (n=6).Conclusion The sensitivity, recovery and selectivity of the method can meet the requirements of practical work.
