Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of defibrase on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 60 inpatients of Old-Aging Disease Research Center of China Medical University were chose,they were randomized into treatment group( 30 patients) and control group( 30 patients) . Patients of control group and treatment group were given with low molecular dextran and defibrase by intravenous drip respectively. The damage degree in neural function and the change in hemorheology before and after treatment were compared. Results The clinical effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group( P 0. 05) . Conclusion Defibrase can reduce fibrinogen in blood,improve microcirculation,and has obvious clinical effects on acute cerebral infarction.
