Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of defibrase in treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods:80 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into defibrase group and control group with 40 patients in each. For control group, patients were treated with dextran,MaiLuoNing and aspirin;to the Defibrase Group, defibrase was administrated for 3 days on the top of routine treatment of dextran,MaiLuoNing and aspirin. The therapeutic effects in the two groups were observed and compared statistically. Results:Compared with the control group, blood lipids and hemodynamic items of defibrase group were improved significantly after the treatment(P0.01);the overall response rate and improvement of nervous functions were greatly raised in defibrase group than in control group(P0.01),Conclusions:On the top of the routine treatment, defibrase would be helpful to improvement and prognosis of patients with progressive cerebral infarction.
