Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and effect of defibrase on hemorrheology in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods:These patients were divided into defibrase group (78 cases) and control group (70 cases) .All patients received the determination of hemorrheology before and after treatment. Results: 1 Hemorrheology significantly varied in defibrase group before and after treatment ( P 0.05) .2The curative effect in defibrase group was better than that in control group ( P 0.05) .Conclusion : Defibrase can improve cerebral microcirculation and decrease blood viscosity. So it is a kind of safe and effective drug in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
