Vitapex paste one-time root canal treatment of deciduous teeth of clinical observation of chronic periapical

Objective To discuss the efficacy of Vitapex paste in the treatment of deciduous teeth periapical.Methods 150 cases of children with 194 teeth were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.The experimental group Vitapex paste filling,and the control group,the new eugenol oxide paste filling.Combined with X-ray examination and follow-up results were evaluated response to super-charge and the absorption rate and efficacy.Results Group 2 absorption rate in the postoperative reaction and super-charge a significant difference(P0.05),but in the final efficacy difference was not significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Although the success rate of oxidation of a new eugenol paste treatment difference of Vitapex paste in the treatment of deciduous teeth periapical not significant,but use Vitapex can get a better post-operative response and super-charge absorption effect,so is undoubtedly a relatively better treatment methods.
