Objective: To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in surgical operation patients. Methods: 100 surgical operation patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was received routine nursing care, the observation group was given comfortable care into to the routine nursing care, and two groups were compared with preoperative and postoperative pain stress. Results: The scores of anxiety, heart rate, blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P 0. 05). Pain scores after the operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Comfortable care is beneficial to meet the physiological, psychological comfort for patients to reduce the preoperative stress, postoperative pain and improve the peri operation period of comfort.
