Effect of two treatment ways on congestive heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia

Objective To investigate the effect of two treatment ways on congestive heart failure(CHF)with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods The cases with CHF in our hospital from January in2008 to January in 2009 were divided into the treatment group and vontrol group.The the treatment group received the treatment of amiodarone combine with bisoproiol,and the control group received the treatment of metoprolol combine with benazepril.Results The heart rate,ejection fraction and QTc of two group after treatment were superior to those before treatment,and there were significant difference in them respectively(P<0.05).The heart rate,ejection fraction and QTc in the treatment group were superior to those in control group,and there were significant difference in them respeetively(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.00% in treatment group and 75.00% in control group.and there were significant difference in them respectively(P<0.05).And there was no significant untoward reaction in them.Conclusions The effect of amiodarone combine with bisoprolol on treatment of congestive heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia is superior to that of metoprolol combine with benazepril.,so they are worth being used widly.
