Abstract
目的 观察羊膜移植与角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效.方法 随机将79例(85眼)翼状胬肉分为2组:羊膜移植组38例(41眼)角膜缘干细胞移植组41例(44眼).分别行常规翼状胬肉切除术联合羊膜移植或角膜缘干细胞移植.术后随访12～18月,观察角膜创面愈合时间及复发率.结果 羊膜移植组角膜创面愈合时间3.45天,复发5眼(12.20%).角膜缘干细胞移植组角膜创面愈合时间3.27天,复发4眼(9.09%).结论 羊膜移植与角膜缘干细胞移植在治疗翼状胬肉中疗效相近。
