Abstract

目的 比较角膜缘干细胞移植术和羊膜移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效.方法将56例(68眼)患者随机分为两组,分别采用角膜缘干细胞移植术(27例33眼)和羊膜移植术(29例35眼)治疗,术后随访6个月至2年.结果角膜缘干细胞移植组1眼复发,复发率为3.03%;羊膜移植组8眼复发,复发率为22.86%,两组比较有显著性差异,(x2=5.814,p<0.05).角膜创面上皮平均愈合时间角膜缘干细胞移植组为4.73天,羊膜移植组为6.38天,两组比较有显著性差异(t=4.629,p<0.05).结论角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉复发率低,角膜创面修复快,是一种理想的手术方法,值得推广应用。
