Application of indwelling needle reverse vein puncture on the infant scalp vein puncture

Objective To study the clinical application value of indwelling needle reverse vein puncture on the infant scalp vein puncture.Methods There were 100 eases of pediatric patients divided randomly into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50cases).Observation group was adopted reverse vein puncture,and control group was adopted conventional method.Results The vein puncture success rate in one time and the incidence rate of effusion were compared between two groups.Conclusions The puncture direction away from the heart to peripheral vein is a feasible and effective method in the children patients.
