Abstract
Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety of patients with acute myocardial infarction, to provide the referenee for patients'clinical care. Methods In our hospital from 2009 January to 2011 January 82 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 41 cases in each group, the control group was given tile routine nursing, the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the routine nursing, a day of anxiety value were compared between two groups. Results Anxiety levels in the intervention group was significantly reduced, there is a significant differ- ence between two groups (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusions Tile comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the level of anxiety in patients with acute myocardial infarction, is conducive to disease treatment and rehabilitation, nursing staff in the implementation of the nursing process should use these methods as much as possible in order to improve the quality of nursing service Key words: Nursing intervention ; Anxiety ; Myocardial infarction
