Both groups given conventional drug therapy, and the nursing group given nursing intervention additionally. At discharge,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale( SAS) score and satisfaction were surveyed in two groups. Results At discharge,SAS score in control group was higher than that of nursing group, satisfaction was lower than that of nursing group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Nursing intervention is very effective in relieving anxiety in patients with acute myocardial infarction, which can improve the patient's quality of life.
