Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the follow-up rehabilitation and psychological health of patient after PCI.Methods: 86 patients with PCI therapy were randomly divided into two groups.43 patients in control group were given conventional nursing.43 patients in intervention group were given psychological nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The average day in hospital,satisfaction,clinical symptoms,anxiety level and the depression degree of two groups of patients were compared.Results: The average day in hospital of intervention group were significantly less than that in the control group,while the degree of satisfaction is higher;Patients in the intervention group had less clinical symptoms and had lower level of anxiety and depression after treatment,and the level of anxiety and depression of the patients in intervention group were lower than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion: The treatment effect in patients with psychological nursing intervention was better than those only accept conventional nursing care,and the psychological nursing has significant role in the rehabilitation of the patients after PCI.
