Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and to provide guidance for improving scientific, reasonable nursing measures of Department of cardiology. Methods 88 patients with acute myocardial infarction, using random number table group, were divided into study group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The two groups were both given conventional nursing, while the intervention group was given comprehensive psychological and behavior intervention. Health evaluation for patients in the two groups were given and recorded with the SF-36 scale( Short Form Health Survey). Results The quality of life of patients in the two groups had no statistical significant( P 0. 05). The nursing intervention measures, the quality of life of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant between the two groups( P 0. 05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures can significantly improve patients physiological, psychological and social functions and improve their quality of life,so satisfactory clinical effect could be obtained.
