Abstract
Immune system is a complicated dynamic balance system. Tuberculosis infection, occurrence, development and prognosis are closely related to changes of immune system. The major protective immunity is cellular immunity which regulates immunization by T cell subsets. CD4 and CD8+ T cells play an important role in anti-tuberculosis infection. However, the interaction between immune cells is not isolated, a variety of cytokines are involved. The release of cytokines directly affect the immune response. The effective host protective immunity is important and irreplaceable for prevention and treatment of tuberculosis. Key words: Tuberculosis; Immune; Immunotherapy
