Abstract
Tuberculosis is still a global health problem threatening thousands of life today. The pathogenic mechanisms of tuberculosis are dependent on different cell-mediated immune response.CD~+_4 and CD~+_8 T lymphocytes play an important role in this immune response. In this paper,we review the current findings about the immune response of tuberculosis and the challenges faced for the treatment of this disease.
