Abstract

The article reviewed the interaction between host cells and Macobacterium tuberculosis. The body resistance mechanisms of Mycobacterium tuberculosis involves specific immune and natural immune.Macrophages and γδT cells are the leading roles in the non-specific immune, while dendritic cells play a key role in T cell immunity.Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a kind of intracellar bacterium.CD4+ and CD8+ cell immunity are the main forms of resistance to bacterial.
