Abstract

Objectives To investigate bladder cancer P - glycoprotein ( P - gp) and g, lutathione S transferass (GST-π) and CerbB-2, laminin receptor (LN -R) expression and clinical significance. Methods Retrospective analysis of bladder cancer and medical records, were detected by immunohistochemistry in 45 cases of bladder cell carcinoma of the opposite sex in the P - gp, GST - π and CerbB -2, LN - R gene expression. Results P - gp, GST - r, CerbB -2 and LN - R in bladder cancer, the positive rate was 42.22%, 48.88%, 46.66%and 37.78%. P -gp, GST- r and CerbB -2 expression in bladder cancer grade, stage the difference was statistically significant( p<0.05);LN-Rin the transfer / no transfer of cases to compare differences in the expression of statistically significant (p<0.05);P-gp,GST-π and LN - R tumor recurrence within 2 years, the positive rate of tumor recurrence after 2 years, statistically significant differences between each other ( p<0.05). Conclusions P-gp, GST-π, CerbB - 2 expression and bladder cancer stage, grade, recurrence was a positive corelation( p<0.05), with the tumor grade, stage, invasive increased, the positive expression rate also increased, while P - gp, GST - π can guide the choice of chemotherapy of bladder cancer; LN - R expression and metastasis of bladder cancer was positively correlated( p<0.05), could be used as prognostic factors in bladder cancer.
