Abstract
目的 探讨慢性肝病患者红细胞参数和血小板参数的变化与临床意义.方法检测228例慢性乙肝患者和40例健康者的红细胞参数(计数RBC、分布宽度RDW、平均体积MCV)和血小板参数(计数PLT、分布宽度PDW、平均体积PCV),并进行比较分析.结果慢性肝炎重度RBC、RDW(P＜0.05)、PLT(P＜0.01),与对照组比较有显著性差异;慢性重症肝炎和肝硬化RBC、RDW、MCV、PLT、MPV,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论部分红细胞参数和血小板参数可以反映慢性肝病的肝损程度和病情轻重。
