Abstract
Objective To investigate the change and the clinical significance of red blood cell parameter and blood platelet parameter of chronic hepatitis. Methods The red blood cell parameter(Counts-RBC, distribution width-RDW, average volume-MCV)and platelet parameter(Counts-PLT, distribution width- PDW, average volume-MPV)of 228 chronic hepatitis and 40 health controls were examined and analyzed by T test. Results The parameter of the group severity chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis were different to the group control with RBC, RDW (P0.05), PLT (P0.01); RBC, RDW, MCV, PLT, MPV (P0.01). Conclusion The some of red blood cells and the blood platelet parameter may reflect the pathogenetic condition and liver damage degree of chronic liver disease.
