Clinical effect of doxofyline combined with budesonide on bronchial asthma

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of doxofyline combined with budesonide on bronchial asthma.Methods Sixty-two patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy,32 patients in treatment group were treated with doxofyline combined with budesonide on the base of control group.The course of the two groups was 14 days.The total effective rate and changes of lung function were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 96.9％,and that in the control group was 73.3 ％,the difference was significant between the two group (P ＜ 0.05) ; After treatment,the pulmonary function in the treatment group was more improued than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).No obvious side effect happened in the two groups.Conclusions Doxofyline combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma has good effect and high security.
