Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of budesonide in asthma during pregnancy.Methods Sixty patients with asthma during pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups:the treated group(30cases)and the control group(30cases).the two groups were given conventional therapy,except that the treatment group was given budesonide therapy.Results After l week compared with the control group,the dyspnea,gasping,coughing,wheezing in improved,the length of stay shortened and the lung function parameter FEV1%improved in the treated group.the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of asthma during pregnancy.budesonide therapy is of effective safe and worth popularizing.
