Clinical study of budesonide combined with doxofylline on the treatment of bronchial asthma

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with doxofylline on the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 47 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly distributed into two groups.Control group(23 patients) was treated with conventional therapy,and treatment group(24 patients) was treated with budesonide combined with doxofylline on the base of control group.The treated time of two groups was 14 days.The total effective rate and changes of lung function were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.8%,and control group was 82.6%.There was a significant difference between the groups(P0.05);The pulmonary function after treatment in treatment group was more relieved than that of control group after treatment(P0.05).No serious side effects happened in treatment group.Conclusion The treatment of budesonide combined with doxofylline on the treatment of bronchial asthma had a good effect and more safety.
